Managing Attorney
After spending the first half of his adult career working with a non-profit ministry, Tom went to the University of Dayton School of Law for a mid-career change. His values didn’t change, he simply wanted to apply his skills to a new arena.
Tom spent 5 years as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney handling juvenile crimes, obtaining child support for minors, or protecting children from abusive and neglectful parents. Tom founded Culpepper Law, LLC in 2011 and focused increasingly, and now entirely, on comprehensive estate planning.
When not practicing law, Tom spends time with his most valuable assets—wife Wendi, and their three children. A former college baseball player, he has recently taken up golf and has found that the swings are nothing alike. He is an avid reader who admits he will never finish his book list because he is continually adding to it.
